Cancellation Policy At Oh Hello Pretty, I truly value your time and mine. Each appointment is reserved especially for you, and I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Giving proper notice allows me the opportunity to accommodate other clients and continue providing the best experience possible. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a 25% cancellation fee of the scheduled service cost. This fee will be charged to the payment method provided at booking. No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment and fail to provide any notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. This fee will be charged to the payment method provided at booking. A no-call/no-show may result in being unable to book future appointments with Oh Hello Pretty. This policy is in place to respect the time reserved for each client and to ensure appointment availability remains fair for everyone. Late Arrival Policy Clients are given a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be canceled or adjusted depending on the remaining appointment time. If the appointment cannot be completed, a 25% late cancellation fee will apply and will be charged to the payment method provided at booking. Payment of Fees Any applicable cancellation, no-show, or late cancellation fees will be processed using the payment method provided at the time of booking. Please Note Your card is only kept on file to secure your appointment and will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment for your service will still be made in person at your appointment by cash or card. Thank you so much for your understanding and support.
